Pentewan Valley Cycle Hire provides high quality bicycle rental. It also offers a repair service and has bikes for sale.  The centre is within cycling distance of the Eden Project. 

Trail Bike Hire in Padstow also hires out bicycles. It's positioned near the Camel Trail, a disused railway line, which runs alongside the Camel River in North Cornwall. The area is full of interesting wildlife. The trail continues out along the Camel Estuary.

In southern-mid Cornwall and passing through the St Austell moorland are the Clay Trails over 200 miles of mostly gravel paths great for both cycling and walking.
